Nancy's main areas of care consist of 1) hospital/shut-in visitation, 2) occasional pulpit relief, 3) coordination of ministries/administration, and 4) availability for helping teach/lead Bible Studies/Book Studies.
Nancy grew up in Knightstown. She received her Bachelors in Education from IU in Bloomington and her Masters from Ball State. She taught sixth grade for 39 years at Tri Elementary School and retired in 2014. Since her retirement from teaching, she loves to travel and read books with the gentlemen at Pendleton Prison, where she has volunteered for 5 years. The discussions during her class time are amazing and have helped her grow spiritually and are the highlight of her week. Nancy has been a member of Spiceland Friends Church for 23 years and loves her church family and the surrounding community. She has gone on mission trips with both Spiceland Friends and The New Lisbon Christian Church (Sharing Hope Ministries). Nancy lives in New Castle with her labradoodle, Gracie, who will often be with her during her office hours.
